There is no greater recognition for our work than the shared emotions, letters, and feedback we receive from the people who have believed in our projects.
Now, we would like to share with you exciting moments from the letter of our client, Mr. Nedelchev from Sofia. He took us back to the romantic summer of 1985 and reminded us why we all love this magical place so much – "KAVATSITE":

"[...] "Sled Deset Godini" (After Ten Years) by FSB. That was our anthem here back in 1985. If anyone had told me then that four decades later I would be sitting on the terrace of my own modern apartment, right in this very same place — "Kavatsite", I would have laughed in their face.

To me, the old "Kavatsite" can be described with one single word — CLOSENESS. Back then, we weren't just camping – we were living together. The wild nature was all around us, and comfort was not measured in square meters, but in the distance between neighboring tents and caravans. You would set up your tent for the summer, and by evening we already had friends to share the table and conversations under the stars with. There were no fences, no private spaces. Everything was shared – the sea, the sand, and all of our time.

The most beautiful thing about those youth years of ours were the gorgeous summer nights outdoors. Hot, long, and lit only by the moon and the stars on the seashore. Nights that began with the soft, melodic sound of a guitar and turned into wild hours of laughter and singing until sunrise. Back then, we were young, free, and connected in a way that seems almost unbelievable today. [...]"

"[...] Time, however, does not stand still, and "Kavatsite" did not stay behind either. Today, when I look at the modern appearance of the place, I don't feel nostalgia or sadness for what and how it used to be. On the contrary – I rejoice in it. Every era has its own rhythm and needs, and the contemporary construction here is absolutely in step with the times.

When I decided to invest and buy a property from the company "SUNNY GREY" specifically in the "Sunny Grey" complex, I didn't just buy four "bare" walls – I got my "Kavatsite" back, but with the comfort I need today. Now the infrastructure is continuously developing, the surroundings are orderly, clean, and beautiful.

Instead of the old canvas tents that leaked during storms and rain, beautiful and modern buildings rise here now. The apartments inside carry their own contemporary charm and coziness, but the great advantage of the new buildings is that they breathed new life into "Kavatsite" – we are no longer limited to just the three months of summer. Now you can live, relax, and experience the sea all year round, even when the autumn and winter winds reshape the beach. [...]"

"[...] I am following with interest the upcoming phase of new construction in the "Sunny Grey" complex – "Sunny Grey Hills". I am looking at the plans of the new complex and I can see how, through it, "Kavatsite" continues to develop in the right direction. It is clear that everything is done with a lot of thought and attention to detail – the spaces look brighter, wider, and more comfortable. Everything is just naturally blended with the sea and the surrounding nature. This truly is a little corner created for people who know how to enjoy life... [...]

"[...] Whenever I am here, in my home at the Sunny Grey complex, I go out on the terrace, listen to the sound of the sea, feel the sea breeze, and enjoy another peaceful evening in my new harbor by the sea, far away from the city noise.

"Kavatsite" simply grew up. They keep the memory of our guitars from 1985 in their sand, but they also look boldly ahead. And for me, it is true happiness that I found my home right here – in a complex that preserves the spirit of the old place but brings the comforts of the future.
